How to cite us
Quote the figure, name Compare100, and link to the page it came from — the source_url on the row. The link matters more than the credit: it is how a reader checks the date the figure was last verified, and prices and cover limits move.
Example: “Compare100 records the LoungeKey visit fee at £18.50 to £24 per person (checked 21 September 2026).”
What we are, and what we are not
Compare100 is an independent UK comparison site, run by one person and paid by affiliate commission. We do not sell, arrange or advise on financial products, so we are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and nothing here is advice. We do not cover the whole of the market.
We do not publish star ratings of our own, we do not rank providers, and we do not take figures from other comparison sites. Where a figure was read off a provider panel rather than the insurer’s own wording, the row says so in source_type.
How the file is built
It is generated from the same content that builds the pages, every time the site is built, so it cannot disagree with them. metric_value_text is the value exactly as the page prints it; tidied numbers sit in value_numeric, value_min and value_max. A row whose figure is no longer on its page is removed rather than corrected.
Most recent check: 2026-09-21. Rows verified more than six months ago are marked ageing so you can weigh them accordingly.
