New phones

Purchasing just a mobile phone with no contract has become more difficult, as most mobiles now come with a sim and will need to be unlocked if the network you want to use it on is different from the one already assigned to the phone. If your looking for just a phone a quick search on Google will lead you to adverts for sim free phones and this might not be what you are looking for.

Probably a better place to search would be ebay or somewhere like Argos or Tescos who are much more likely to offer a phone by itself and you wont have to tackle that salesman as you walk through the door, who’s aim will be to sell you a new contract.
